Content Creator Guidelines
These guidelines apply to all content creators of VeraCity
Respect Roleplay Immersion:
Avoid breaking character or discussing OOC (Out of Character) topics during live streams.
Minimize stream sniping or meta-gaming. Do not use information from streams to influence in-game decisions.
Privacy and Consent:
Do not reveal personal or sensitive information about other players.
Community Representation:
As a streamer, you are a representative of the community. Maintain professionalism and uphold the values of the server.
Avoid broadcasting content that could damage the community’s reputation, including harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language.
No Stream Sniping or Metagaming:
Refrain from watching other streamers from the same server while roleplaying.
Do not let your viewers provide in-game information gained from watching other streams.
Viewer Interaction and Chat Moderation:
Keep chat positive and engaging. Enforce a strict no-tolerance policy on hate speech, trolling, and harassment.
Moderate your chat to prevent meta-gaming from viewers.
Use of Mods and Plugins:
Streamers must comply with the server’s mod list and avoid using unauthorized plugins or modifications.
Stream Delay:
A stream delay of at least 3-5 minutes is encouraged to prevent stream sniping.
Copyright Compliance:
Use copyright-free music and assets to avoid issues that could reflect poorly on the server.
Conflict Resolution:
If conflicts arise during a stream, handle them calmly and refer to server admins after the stream.
Do not engage in public disputes or server drama on-stream.
Stream Title and Tags:
Clearly indicate the server name and type of RP in the stream title or description.
Feedback and Collaboration:
Engage with the community to gather feedback and improve the streaming experience.
Collaborate with other streamers to foster a positive environment for roleplay.
