Player Owned Businesses

Player-Owned Businesses (POBs) allow players to own, manage, and operate various businesses within the server. This system offers a realistic economy where players can buy, sell, and upgrade businesses to generate income or provide services for others.

• Revenue System: Generate income through in house sales, billing, services, fines, invoices and/or employee contributions.

• Customizable Products/Services: Define the products or services offered by each business.

• Employee Management: Hire, pay, and manage employees.

• Business Upgrades: Improve business efficiency and increase profits. (if applicable)

• Taxes and Fees: Automatic deduction of taxes and operational costs by City Hall may be required.

These rules govern the operation and management of Player-Owned Businesses (POBs) to ensure fairness, realism, and a healthy server economy. All business owners must adhere to these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in penalties, business removal, or bans.
