🟣 6.3 Gangs & Businesses
Gangs Owning/Working for businesses
Article I - Only one gang member can own and operate a business associated with the gang. No other gang member can be an owner of any other business under the gang affiliation.
Article II - The business ownership must be officially registered under the gang's name.
Article III - Gangs wishing to expand their reach may hire employees from within the gang or from outside the gang, but they cannot have multiple gang members owning different branches of the same business or competing businesses.
Article IV - Business owners must ensure that the gang’s ownership of the business aligns with the gang's culture and activities and does not violate server or business rules.
Article V - Gang-controlled businesses are subject to regular oversight to ensure that there is no exploitation or abuse of the system (e.g., financial manipulation or ownership control). The gang owned business will probably see higher law enforcement activity near their business.
Article VI - Businesses owned by gang members may engage in specific, gang-related activities (such as laundering money, black market trading, etc.), but this must be handled carefully to avoid breaking server rules or engaging in exploitative behavior. Any business dealings must reflect the roleplay theme of the gang and must not break server economy balance.
Consequences of Violations
Any violation of the above rules (such as multiple gang members owning businesses, exploiting business ownership for personal gain, etc.) will result in:
Business Repossession: The gang's business may be confiscated, and ownership revoked.
Penalties for Gang Members: Disciplinary actions, which could include business suspension, fines, or gang disbandment.
Investigations: Server admins may perform investigations to ensure compliance with the rules.
