CONFIRM WITH SUPPORT STAFF BEFORE PURCHASING
An exclusive vehicle that once obtained will be solely owned by you. Our staff will NOT acquire the vehicle. Staffs main purpose is to install the vehicle, make changes if needed, and make sure its up to code with the server. You will then pay for the vehicle to be shipped into the city without anyone else being able to own the same vehicle.
The following conditions apply, so please CHECK before buying:
There are NO REFUNDS.
The purchase is for the ability to have an exclusive vehicle that fits server guidelines. The specific vehicle you want may not be available or fit VeraCity standards. So again, please CHECK first.
Once the purchase is honored there are no returns or cancelations.
Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and a blacklist of your card information
If you remain inactive for 6 months, we may choose to put the vehicle into public population or re-sell. You will keep your current vehicle but it will be obtainable for the rest of the community.
Vehicle handlings will be determined by the vehicle class and VeraCity standards.
1of1 vehicles are barred from being transferred in-game
Any vehicle added is subject to removal.
We will be responsible for obtaining the vehicle and in the way you obtain it. Be sure to obtain the vehicle in a legal and appropriate manner to ensure creators are given their fair share and that the vehicle is installed properly.
For logging and purchase tracking purposes, you must log into Discord and create a ticket in order to purchase this package.
You are purchasing the rights to ownership of a scripted entity resembling a vehicle of your chosen model (the "asset") in the game server chosen. This purchase is a one time instant agreement between you and the server owners. Misbehavior in using your asset, violation of server rules and guidelines, or using your asset to the detriment of the enjoyment of the roleplay experience by others can result in the loss of access to the asset without refund. This purchase is your agreement to use the asset within established rules and guidelines. If your asset is levied legal penalties or fines in game by law enforcement (such as search and seizure or impound), the method of obtaining the asset is ignored. If you lose access to your Social Club account, get banned from the FiveM service, or otherwise lose access to your account on our service other than by fault of our own, you will not be given the asset back. If you entered your Discord ID, Citizen ID, or asset name incorrectly when checking out, server support will make every attempt to identify your purchase and restore your entitled benefits. Purchasing this specific package (1of1 Vehicle) allows us to also add the vehicle to the City Dealership for other players to purchase at a future time.
When you buy this package, we will set up the car provided by you and when it has been modified to fit city standards, your vehicle will be delivered to your garage while you are in game through your ticket!
